Ibiza enjoys wonderful Mediterranean weather  with very mild winters and long hot summers. During July and August there are nearly 11 hours of sun each day in Ibiza.

These sunny and hot months tend to be the peak of the holiday season in Ibiza.  There are far less sunny days in November, December and January when Ibiza is most definately out-of-season and is at its most quiet.  Although this period still offers a very pleasant travel destination.

The lowest rainfall is usually in in July and the highest rainfall occurs in October, November and December. In the mountainous regions the cloud-cover may be thicker and rain more frequent than in the lower coastal areas of Ibiza.


Ibiza's lovely sandy beaches and coves are particularly popular during the summer months (June to September) when temperatures hit 30°C / 86°F and the rainfall is minimal.  Summer in Ibiza is perfect for outdoor living with lovely warm evenings that are perfect for al-fresco dining.
