Algarve Weather in Summer - May, June, July, August

Temperatures in the summer months can reach as high as 30C with the average for July and August averaging at 27-29C. The region enjoys up to 12 hours of sunshine every day. Winds tend to keep the temperatures down a little with coastal breezes sometimes quite strong. 

Algarve Weather in Spring and Autumn - March, April, September, October

During the spring and autumn months the temperatures in the Algarve average a pleasant 17-19C and these mild days accompanied with plenty of sunshine are the best time for visitors who enjoy the best time for touring and sporting activities.

Algarve Weather in Winter - November, December, January, February

Moderate and mild. with bright sunny days.  Remaining popular in the winter months the Algarve sees temperatures in December and January averaging out at about 15C.  Crisp bright days receiving about 6 hours of warm sunshine a day. The Algarve usually sees rain between November and February. Averaging about 50 days during the whole year with the rainfall helping to maintain the Algarves rich green landscapes.
